Returns

We have a no returns policy unless the product is delivered defective or damaged and un-repairable by an engineer, as outlined in the warranty.

If you believe the product to be defective or damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours and we will seek to resolve it as soon as possible. sales@relaxfromhome.co.uk

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the defect is reported within 6 days of receipt of the product, there will be no call out fee for an engineer to come and inspect the defect. If the defect is reported after 7 days, there will be a call out charge for an engineer's site visit. 

Damages and repairs will be carried out in-line with the terms of the warranty
