Shipping policy

Shipping costs of all hot tubs are included in the price, unless otherwise stated. 

When "Collection" is selected, the customer is responsible for collecting the hot tub from the warehouse. There will be no additional charge for this, and no shipping will be included. 

Other products, such as Chemical Kits are delivered by courier and charged at 10% of the product's retail price.
